Pityriasis Rosacea
An insight to the cause and cures
Pityriasis rosea is a red rash that transpires and is mainly
common-place in people that are between the age of 12 and 45, however it can
occur at any given age. The bright red rash can remain visible anywhere for
weeks or even months at a time. Generally it leaves no permanent scaring while
some dark skinned people can contract long-term smooth light brown spots that
will sooner or later fade. It can happen at any time, although pityriasis rosacea
is for the most part common at springtime and autumn.
